This is the picture of a vehicle involved in an accident on HWY 84 West on October 5, 2012.  When I arrived I was told by two home owners in the area that spoke with two individuals that complained about a lack of response from their calls to members of law enforcement about the motorists unsafe driving of the pick-up truck.  

This story cannot be substantiated but this was what was told me on location.  GEORGE BOSTON RHYNES...
